El Caribe and Bella Vista II - Claim against Giambrone Law LLP

We are currently advising a number of purchasers who bought properties in 'El Caribe' and ‘Bella Vista II’ developments, due to be built in Calabria, Italy. The developments were never built and no refund was given to the purchasers.
We have found severe breaches of duty in the conduct of Giambrone Law LLP, the law firm that represented the purchasers in El Caribe and Bella Vista II, and we are of the view that they may be entitled for compensation. One of our El Caribe claims, which has been brought before the High Court of Justice, London, has been already successfully settled with the firm and its insurer.
Purchasers who are interested in the action should move forward as soon as possible, as claims for El Caribe and Bella Vista II are at imminent risk of being declared statute-barred, in light of the considerable amount of time elapsed since the giving of the instruction to Giambrone Law LLP.
