Dr. Pietro Gatto - principal
Qualified as Avvocato in Italy since 2003 and registered as European Lawyer with the Solicitor Regulation Authority since 2007, Pietro has several years of experience in the fields of Criminal Law, Corporate and Real Estate.
Ph.D. in Italian and Comparative Criminal Justice, from 1998 to 2007 he has been lecturer in criminal justice at the University of Bari. Pietro has published several articles on law matters and boasts a monograph on defensive investigations in criminal proceedings published under the direction of Professor Giovanni Conso, President Emeritus of the Italian Constitutional Court.
Pietro is member of BILA (British Italian Law Association) as well as of the Italian Chamber of Criminal Lawyers (Unione Camere Penali).
Floriana Bondanese - lawyer
Floriana is qualified as Avvocato in Italy since 2007. She joined the law firm in 2009 and undertakes all aspects of Litigation in Italy.
